1 - 3 november

was up in highlands for meeting & had possibly the hardest conversation in my life but a seriously quality time & left very well
stayed up late to finish essay - actually got four hours sleep (1-5am) then up for working
got it in an hour early... some sort of record!!!

27 - 31 october

i had a crazy week but better than most as Anneleen was up, great to see her and feel plugged in again to what we did / are doing / will do. her friend Miriam, from Contra Corriente, was here two, which was exiting to share a bit in her stories.
major problem of big essay - trying to live on 24-7 and academic time is painful but there must be a way.
seeing Northern lights (kind of) with Tom & Finn & Gail was a highlight... still don't think that ambition is fully realised as we could only make out a faint orange glow
i am so much better from having a nice rhythm of rest & work & people
