Moving drama starring Timothy Spall. RE teacher, Mr Harvey, takes a class of unruly teenagers on the school trip from hell. Among the kids, who conspire to make a mockery of his plans, are rappers Sid and Eliot, graffiti artist Phil and the beautiful self-harming Helen. Chaos reigns as the kids use the visit to Salisbury Cathedral as an excuse to pursue their own far from religious interests. But for Mr Harvey, the day has far deeper significance than anyone realises. And as the coach party draws nearer to the cathedral his self control crumbles until he is forced to come clean to his class about the real reasons for this very private pilgrimage.
